#3 Screw up

I do this all the time. It’s freeing. When I do fine art, I’ll loosen up for 15-30 minutes with trash sketches before I really draw. I’m actually doodling just for the trash can. I don’t try for a masterpiece with every sketch. I’m preparing myself for it. The same is true with a camera or a mouse. Get loose, mess up, try something new and make some trash on purpose.

I advise against screwing up on purpose when you’re shaving… especially if you have tentacles.
