Hi Jeff,
Now that I have the PS CS6 installed — can I get my Alien Skin Exposure 3 to work with that?
Thanks in advance
Best
Anders
Yes, you can still use Exposure 3 in CS6. Please use the instructions in our custom install article for assistance. Please understand that Exposure 3 was not tested with CS6, so we cannot make any promises that it will be trouble free.

Can Exposure 4 be used on video in Photoshop CS6 Extended? I have some need to apply the old film filters to video as well as photographs and am hoping it can do both.
Yes, Exposure 4 will work with both video and still images in Photoshop CS6 Extended. Please, check out the video workflow tutorial on our website. If you run into any issues, you can always contact support at http://support.alienskin.com
I’m trying to re-install my Eyecandy 6 after rebuilding my Mac – It installs fine, but when it tries to launch the ‘Licence Activation Tool.app’, I get a warning that says ‘Fatal error occurred while starting the application. (1002)’ hence, I can’t fill in my licence code.
Anyone else having this problem, and is there a workaround?
Hi Brett,
The best thing to do for this issue is to repair the permissions on your Mac. Here is an article detailing these steps. You may need to run it multiple times to fix all of your permissions.

If this does not work for you, please open a support ticket at http://support.alienskin.com.
Since upgrading to OS Mt. Lion on my mac I can’t seem to get Blow-up to work correctly. It stops short of enlarging everything, leaving some layers original size.
I’m using CS5. Is there an update for Mt. Lion?
Sometimes and upgrade can cause problems with third party applications. Please uninstall Blow Up 3 from your upgraded Mac using this article http://support.alienskin.com/entries/20071026-using-mac-s-spotlight-application-to-locate-files-and-folders.
Then, visit http://www.alienskin.com/downloads to get the latest version of Blow Up 3. If this does not resolve your issue, please send an email to Support@alienskin.com. There, we can assist you further.
Is there any way to get Exposure 2 running with PS CS6?
Hey Felix. The answer to your question is a little long for the blog, so would you mind opening a support ticket? You can create one by visiting http://support.alienskin.com/. Thanks!
I just go Photoshop CS6 for PC . Can I install my old version of Exposure 1 ?
Exposure 1 is not supported in CS6. You are more than welcome to try performing a custom install, installing it directly into the CS6 plug-ins folder, but we will not be able to assist with any problem. The best option is to upgrade to Exposure 4. If you have any further questions, please email us at Support@alienskin.com.
Just drop it in the plug-ins folder? The how do I access it in Photoshop?
Hi,
No, just download it from the main downloads page on our website.

Then, run the installer and select CS6 from the list. It will automatically install into the correct folder. You will be able to find your plug-ins under the Filter > Alien Skin menu, in Photoshop. If you run into any issues, or have any questions, please submit a support ticket. We can help you in much more detail though that system.
