If you lost your license code then you can look it up. You’ll just need to know the e-mail address and zip code you used to purchase it. If that doesn’t work then just contact our support team.
If you lost your installer then get the latest version from our downloads page. You don’t need to keep old CDs. Actually it’s best to throw them away because the latest bug fixes are in the version on our web site.

I have your plug in installed on Photoshop Cs3 and I want to up to upgrade to CS5. Will my alien plugins automatically be transferred when install cs5?
Once you update to CS5, please run the installer for your plug-ins again. If you have difficulty installing the plug-ins, please send an email to support@alienskin.com. There we will be able to assist you further.
