Alt Photo Update 1.1

text describing update version 1.1 for the Alt Photo iphone app

Alt Photo is off to an exciting start! Apple noticed all the five star reviews and featured Alt Photo in the New & Noteworthy section. That catapulted us into the top 10 of the photography section of the app store.

To keep the momentum going, we are updating Alt Photo rapidly. Yesterday we published version 1.1 which adds an intensity control for making effects more subtle. It also fixes bugs and improves speed. More updates are on the way, including cropping!

To see the work of photographers using Alt Photo, please follow the Alt Photo pages on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Thanks!

Please add wetplate to Altphoto…. pretty please!

Hi Larry, take a look at the last preset row (B&W Vintage). There are a couple of Tintype presets (creamy and scratched) and a Daguerreotype that are very similar to a wet plate process. Thanks for the comment.

I love this and hope for a pro version. something that would cost ore but also have more, and may even have some features from snap-art, Boken and others… of course not full feature, that would be impossible… but would it be cool to have an alien skin sampler on the eye-phone.. LOL anyway.. I thank you for this app, it has been soooo muuuch fuunnn. It seems everyone I talk to buys it, and then shows me something they have been using that cost two or three times as much well it was either 1.99 or 2.99, but they gave it up for this. we love it
