90 Day Free Upgrade Window

We are extending our free upgrade window from 30 to 90 days. If you purchase a product from us and it is upgraded within 90 days then we will automatically send you the new version for free.

I’m talking about big upgrades, like going from Snap Art 2 to Snap Art 3. For free minor updates like going from version 2.0 to 2.1, you can usually just grab the latest installer from http://www.alienskin.com/downloads/ and install on top of the old product.

  1. Speaking of, what’s the estimated release date of Snap Art 3? This summer? fall? Later?

    • Jeff says:

Snap Art 3 will be out in August 2011. We are extending the free upgrade window for it all the way back to April. We will post more info about Snap Art 3 in the blog in the next week or two.

    Jeff,

please i happen to use a trail of Eye Candy 6; Text & Selection filter.
But, it has expired. How do get a full version.

    Thank you,

WOULD STILL LIKE TO SEE THE TYPE SHADOW FILTER FROM EYE CANDY 4 INTO EYE CANDY 6. MISS IT A LOT AS THE MACOS 10.6 WON’T RUN IT. HAVING TO RUN IN 10.5 IN CS4 TO STILL BE ABLE TO USE IT. GOING TO BE DIFFICULT WHEN OS LION COMES ON STREAM AS IT DOES NOT HAVE ROSETTA AT ALL. I THINK IT IS A BIG MISTAKE FROM APPLE AS THE COST TO UPGRADE MANY APPS WILL BE QUITE HEAVY AND DETER PEOPLE. COULD COST THEM SALES?

  4. Michael Flood says:

How much will Blow Up 3 cost those of us who have had Blow Up 2 longer than 3 months ?
